Sorry about the delay, Ya know with Thanksgiving around the corner the kids come home from school. Had to drive 3 hours to get my daughter which put a little glitch in the cleanse.
Down these country roads there are not many bathrooms so yesterday I mostly drank water which made me really hungry by the time I got home at 5pm so I was bad and had some of my home made turkey soup.
BIG MISTAKE! I was all cramped up and gassy. but over all the day went well.
Today was suppose to be the third day but my heart wasn't in it since I blew it yesterday plus I had a massage at 9am this morning and didn't want to do the prune juice and be in trouble on the table if you know what I mean.
I had some pizza for lunch, but continued on with the water and juice even through our PIE night at church.
Tomorrow my family and I will be serving to the homeless and just relaxing the rest of the day so I will be back on what's next with my adventure.
